These tow hooks came off an '03 Chevy and were showing their age - oxidized, worn down, and looking pretty rough. Before any coating goes on, the surface has to be right. So we blasted them clean first, stripping everything back to bare metal.

That sandblasting step matters more than most people realize. Powder coat only bonds as well as the surface beneath it allows. Skip the prep, and you're just covering up a problem. We don't do that.

Once they were blasted clean, we shot them in a sharp red powder coat and ran them through the cure process. The result is a finish that's way more durable than paint - resistant to chipping, heat, and the kind of abuse tow hooks deal with on a regular basis.

The color makes them stand out, but the real win here is longevity. These hooks aren't going to rust out or peel. They're built to keep going just like the truck they're bolted to.

Got worn parts sitting around that could use a second life? That's exactly what we do. Blast them down, coat them right, and send them back looking better than they did from the factory.
